This PATH is designed to aid you in becoming a star basketball player. When using this PATH you will be assisted in increasing your performance on the court. This is done by supporting defense, hand-eye coordination, sweeping, footwork, ball handling, shooting and jumping.

In addition to this, it can also help you to foster an attitude of confidence that will be of great assistance while practicing and competing.

This PATH can assist your mind and body's ability to:


  • Increase awareness on the court
  • Increase footwork
  • Increase hand-eye coordination
  • Increase stamina
  • Increase confidence
  • Increase ball handling capabilities
  • Increase ability to maintain a game-winning attitude
  • Increase willingness to prepare



This PATH has 2 different versions: One for those above 18 and one for those who are less than 18. No alterations will be needed unless the child is less than 6 years of age.

This PATH is ideal for kids and teens involved in the sport, as it will help foster the physical and mental qualities needed to excel.

Since I've begun viewing this new module, I've been happily "listening" - tuning in to what my future self has to say to me. This made me think about what I'd like to tell my past self, and one big message I'd like to give my younger self is: "you are gorgeous! don't worry about how you look, because you are stunner, a knockout, a total babe!"

How much I worried and fretted and suffered (and wasted time and effort) about not being pretty enough (I grew up in Southern California where I've since learned the standards of "pretty enough" that I was trying to live up to are absolutely ridiculous). Then I realized: I'll bet my future self is sending me the EXACT SAME MESSAGE! It's interesting that the more beauty I see in my own self, the more beauty I'm seeing in others. How...
